Pricing
Pay by the hour.
The price shows on the station screen before anything is charged. You pay $6 an hour, billed in 10 minute blocks, and never more than $50 for a rental. If the charger is not back within 24 hours, the rental ends: your card is charged that $50 and the power bank is yours. A $50 hold is placed on your card when you tap and released when you return.

Rental terms
By tapping your card at a Tap n Plug station you agree to these terms.
Rental period. A rental starts when the power bank is released and ends when it is clicked back into the station it was taken from. Time is billed in 10 minute blocks at $1 each, $6 an hour. $50 is the most a rental can ever cost.
Not returned. If the power bank has not been returned 24 hours after the rental starts, the rental ends. Your card is charged the $50 maximum, and nothing more. The power bank is then yours.
Your card. The card you tap is the card we charge. A $50 hold is placed on it when you tap and released when the power bank is back; you are only charged for the time used. You will see every charge on your card statement under Tap n Plug.
Care. Please do not open, puncture, wet or heat the power bank. If one is damaged, swollen or hot, stop using it and email us.
Who we are. Tap n Plug is operated by Tap N Plug LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Refund policy
After 24 hours. Once the $50 maximum has been charged for a power bank not returned, it is yours. It cannot be returned for a refund.
Charger did not work. If a power bank did not charge your phone, return it and email us within 7 days. We will refund that rental.
Charged by mistake. If you think a charge is wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and refund to the card you used.
Write to [email protected] with the station, the date, and the last four digits of your card.
