Pricing
One simple price.
The price shows on the station screen before anything is charged. If a charger is not returned within 48 hours, it is yours and we charge a $60 buyout. Bring it back within 7 days of that charge and we refund the $60, minus $5 for each day it was late.

Rental terms
By tapping your card at a Tap n Plug station you agree to these terms.
Rental period. A rental starts when the power bank is released and ends when it is clicked back into the station it was taken from. The first 24 hours cost $6. Each additional 24 hour period, or part of one, costs $5.
Buyout. If the power bank has not been returned 48 hours after the rental starts, the rental ends and your card is charged a $60 buyout. The power bank is then yours.
Your card. The card you tap is the card we charge for the rental, any extra days, and any buyout. You will see every charge on your card statement under Tap n Plug.
Care. Please do not open, puncture, wet or heat the power bank. If one is damaged, swollen or hot, stop using it and email us.
Who we are. Tap n Plug is operated by Tap N Plug LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Refund policy
Late returns after a buyout. If you were charged the $60 buyout and you bring the power bank back to its station within 7 days of that charge, we refund the $60 minus $5 for each day it was late.
Charger did not work. If a power bank did not charge your phone, return it and email us within 7 days. We will refund that rental.
Charged by mistake. If you think a charge is wrong, email us before disputing it with your bank. We reply within 2 business days and refund to the card you used.
Write to [email protected] with the station, the date, and the last four digits of your card.
